1/11/2018	The "Statistics" section has been updated with sales reports for December for both San Francisco and Marin as well as the 4th Quarter reports for both counties and Sales by Price Range. For San Francisco we also have the Active Listings report and Condo vs TIC comparison. Finally there is the most recent "forward looking" report showing the number of new listings in San Francisco for the most recent two week period, how many are in contract and how many price reductions.
